Our Electrical Field Supervisor is tasked with overseeing a team of Electrical Technicians including employee training/coaching/development, field support, ride-alongs and safety compliance while assisting with customer issues that arise and providing unparalleled customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of electrical residential service experience with a polished service industry accumen and strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
  • Drive the Electrical department sales through training and development of the field technicians
  • Assist with invoice completion, inventory control, and accurate reporting
  • Coach electricians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
  • Monitor field safety compliance while on job sites
  • Monitor and control call backs and warranties
  • Assist with escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • 3+ years of residential electrical experience
  • Polished, clean appearance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • An in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems
  • Knowledge in local codes and industry standards
  • Be able to troubleshoot complex electrical issues to provide technical support to the team
  • Strong leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
  • Service Titan software experience preferred
  • Upon job offer extension, must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR
