Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for leading and managing 12-16 Field Sales Representatives in our HVAC and Water divisions. With your high business acumen, you'll work toward meeting our company objectives through analyzing metrics, utilizing a hands-on approach with your team, and leading with our mission statement & company values. This is a full-time position that will require traveling to residential properties and conducting ride-along with Sales Representatives to identify coaching, training, and mentoring opportunities. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided. Schedules are typically Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday.

Our Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales activities within the company. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth in sales while leading a team of comfort consultants and other sales representatives, set sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
