Our Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service Technicians,  to customers homes/businesses. Experience working with ServiceTitan software and industry knowledge is extremely helpful, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! This is a full-time position working from our office in Tempe, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Update service appointment time frames for customers
  • Reschedule service appointments
  • Update Service Managers when issues arise
  • Schedule & dispatch Technicians to customer homes
  • Audits and reports as needed
  • Route calls using best practices
  • Administrative duties as requested
  • Communicate effectively with all Technicians, Managers, and department heads
  • Update Call Center Team with job availability

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC dispatch/scheduling experience required
  • Knowledge of the Phoenix, Metropolitan area for best routing practices
  • Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook Mail
  • Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong phone presence
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Deliver world class customer service
  • Be self-motivated
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
