Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking experienced HVAC Comfort Advisors (Residential Sales) to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Comfort Adviser's act as in-home advisers to consult, design and sell HVAC options to homeowners with the potential to earn $250K++ with warm leads.

 

Our HVAC Comfort Advisor's are top-producing sales experts and are responsible for communicating with customers and potential leads to identify and understand their HVAC product or service needs. Our Comfort Advisors continuously build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads; identifying and suggesting products and services to meet those needs. Customer satisfaction is ensured through ongoing communication and relationship management, resolving any issues that may arise post-sale.

 

This is a full-time position that requires traveling to residential properties; a Company vehicle will be provided. Schedules are typically Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday. HVAC SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do?

  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products or services to meet those needs
  • Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
  • Maintain detailed reports on sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
  • Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

Do I have What ir Takes?

  • 2-3 years Sales experience (Home Installation and Repair highly desired)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times, stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Knowledgeable in using a computer, tablet, smart phone, and other work-related technology
  • MUST be highly motivated and a self-starter
  • MUST be in good physical ability – the job requires frequent walking to and from worksite
  • Work as part of our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to maintain the integrity of our Companies reputation and culture
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
