Our Install Field Supervisors are tasked with managing the daily field install operations, employee training, safety, and ensuring only the utmost customer service experience is being delivered by our install technicians, all while doing your daily job-site visits. You will be instrumental in handling customer issues and providing efficient resolutions leaving the customer with complete satisfaction. And you will pride yourself in developing strong install teams through building trust & rapport with consistent performance management, training, and check-ins.

What Will I Do?

• Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employee growth
• Drive the HVAC Install department through training and development of the field technicians
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
• Spot-check crews in the field 
• Monitor and control call backs and warranties
• Handle recent install recalls and failed inspections
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction

Do I have What it Takes?

• An in-depth, working knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• 5+ years residential install experience working in hot, inclement weather
• 2+ years residential hvac service experience with the ability to maintain and diagnose/troubleshoot
• Excellent leadership skills with a team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of the work produced
• Ability to build a positive business relationship with all of our customers and vendors
• Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
• Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and handle strict deadlines
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
